All the people are responsible for the progress of the Nyingma sect in the future. Therefore, if one has loyalty towards one's own religious tradition, it is vital to study it thoroughly, so that one can compose new books and compile books for the sake of Buddhism in general. Likewise, it is also crucial to receive empowerment, oral transmission and to practice the Dharma. Then you have to give guidance to the people to help them - Though I don't know much, the main objective as such.
