People will criticise us if we say our institute is the best, the most superior and the largest one, but it's true that we stand as the largest and the finest Higher Buddhist Studies and Research Centre among the Ngagyur Nyingma sect. Such outcomes are not the accomplishment obtained by one or two person's struggle, but the result of collective efforts and sincerity. So, thank you all for your strenuous labour and support. Generally, it is the consequence of the merits accumulated in our past lives that we are born in this time of the Buddha-dharma's teaching. Therefore, it's really crucial to utilize such an opportunity in a wise manner. Especially, to guard one's own outer Pratimoksha vow as a main asset and to observe the Samaya and Vinaya rules vigilantly, like our own self, are imperative.
