One thing I keep telling myself is the Buddha, Bodhisattva, Guru, Daka, Dakini the dharma protector are always watching me every single moment of time , every single minute, every single second passes by they are watching me they see everything make sure I am always aware mindful ... I am not lazy wasting time ... dozing away to distractions and what not... this what I remind myself this is very important..
