When you are not dreaming, not asleep, you can see also that as a dream. This can help you see that external objects that appear as if they were not merely labeled by the mind, but appear as real, as existing from their own side, are untrue. This means that in your heart you can understand that they are empty, that they don’t exist from their own side.
